Join a team that pairs 160+ years of innovation with the energy of a startup culture. We’re hiring CNC Machining Technicians (Levels I–II) in Alsip, IL to produce tight‑tolerance components on mills and lathes while driving continuous improvement on a lean, safety‑first floor.

Your impact

• Execute standard work for setups, part production, and PM .
• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations as needed.
• Select and preset tools in advance to reduce changeover time.
• Maintain visual controls; recommend and implement countermeasures.
• Participate in SMED , Kaizen , and 5 Whys initiatives.
• Identify, resolve, or report equipment abnormalities.
• Model safe behaviors and uphold a spotless, organized workspace.

What you bring

• 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances with mechanical aptitude.
• Hands‑on skill with CNC tooling , programming , G‑code , M‑code , and setup/changeover .
• Experience on CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) .

Schedule and compensation

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:30am
• Pay Range: $23.89–$31.24 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential: $1.35/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00 (Payment details at time of offer)

• CNC mills (3–4 axis VMC)
• CNC lathes (2–4 axis)
