Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources into the company's databases and systems. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, correcting any inaccuracies and ensuring output is consistent. Update existing records with new information as it becomes available. Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring they are easily retrievable. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. Comply with data integrity and security policies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
