Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Murray, KY at an outpatient clinic where you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document care in compliance with regulations, and contribute to a safe, team-oriented clinic environment that prioritizes patient and employee safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Outpatient experience required. No new graduates.
• BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop functional treatment plans, and document in a timely manner per clinic and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy tasks as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in outpatient clinic settings with a diverse caseload.
• Experience participating in student clinical education or precepting students.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
