Job Summary:

This position reports to the Sales Support Manager and will contribute to sales support & marketing efforts across all T&A businesses. The Sales Support Coordinator will partner with internal departments, sales directors, product managers, and sales teams in marketing and sales support. Responsibilities:

• Manage sales support, marketing, and website email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of requests.
• Manage internal SharePoint sites for sales staff, including keeping files organized and up to date with latest versions.
• Oversee ordering process and inventory maintenance of swag and promotional items for all companies.
• Write and process marketing orders, showroom and model home orders, marketing purchase orders, and vendor RPOs.
• Assist in promotional efforts, sales tracking, and reporting initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Success:

Success will be measured by response times to inquiries through email inboxes staying within 24-28 hours and project timelines being met.


Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree with focus in Business, Marketing, and Graphic Design or related preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in a sales support or administrative support position preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience withAS400 / IBM or other ERP system preferred.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Minimal lifting may be required(15lbs.).
• Travel between corporate office locations may be required (5%).
