Clinical Nurse - Special Care Nursery

Role Overview The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. They must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited program to maintain employment. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and medication administration. Assess and evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills. Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engage in professional development activities. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary. Must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
