LEAD CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST - Full Time, Day

Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in the supervision of the Chemistry Department with an efficient, economic and quality manner, to the satisfaction of the Lab Medical Director, the Laboratory Department Director, Hospital Administration and the medical staff. Lead, coordinate and participate in laboratory activities, including testing and compliance with regulatory agencies such as Proficiency Testing, SOP, PI and any other assigned tasks. Job Duties & Requirements Two (2) years’ experience as a Medical Technologist is required. Supervisory experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred. California State License for Clinical Laboratory Scientist (current). CPI certification required within 30 days of hire. Benefits Challenging and rewarding work environment.
