This role is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests, customers, and employees while supporting day‑to‑day office operations and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage guest sign‑in Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system Maintain a professional front desk and lobby area Assist with incoming mail, purchase orders, and invoice routing Support conference room setup, meetings, and office events Assist with general administrative and office support tasks Qualifications: Previous receptionist / front desk experience required Experience with a multi‑line phone system required Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment Professional, friendly, and detail‑oriented Hours are Monday – Friday 7:15am – 4:30pm Scallon Controls is an employee‑owned ESOP company that values its people and offers a strong benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scallon Controls, Inc.
