Accounts Receivable Specialist

Baton Rouge, LA
AR Specialist II (Temporary Position)

Handles account reconciliations and customer payment issues to ensure accurate records

Processes complex invoices and payment applications in compliance with company policies

Investigaes billing discrepancies and coordinates resolution with customers and internal teams

Assists with month-end closing, reporting, and audit preparation

Monitors account aging and supports collection activities

Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance AR efficiency

Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
