About the Position

Job Title: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics RRT Profession: Respiratory Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Washington license in hand Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with pediatrics and adolescents - Skills in various respiratory equipment and procedures Description: This position requires a registered respiratory therapist to work in a short-term acute care facility. The therapist will provide care across various units, including the Emergency Department and in response to codes and rapid response situations. The therapist will float between units based on the needs of the hospital. Weekend availability is required, with every other weekend scheduled. Candidates must have experience in floor care and be comfortable in a high-acuity environment. They should be proficient in interpreting arterial blood gases and skilled in various respiratory therapies and interventions. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing patient ratios are necessary. References are required prior to starting the position. Candidates may be expected to float between facilities as needed. Communication devices will be provided as necessary for the role.
