Senior Tax Associate - Hybrid - Eden Prairie, MN

Senior Tax Associate – Hybrid – Eden Prairie, MN (2368479) Senior Tax Associate will be involved in all aspects of federal and state tax filings and tax provision. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual income tax provisions; preparing and filing federal and state income tax returns and quarterly estimates; assisting with M&A and related projects; providing research support for the analysis of proposed and existing tax laws, regulations, and rulings; assisting with tax audits and notices; and preparing and reviewing income tax accounting necessary for the organization’s federal (SEC) and state filings. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1+ years of tax or accounting experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent experience in a large corporate tax department Solid computer literacy including intermediate proficiency with MS Excel Proven ability to prioritize assignments and manage workload within statutory and internal deadlines Preferred Qualifications OneSource or equivalent income tax compliance software experience ASC 740 (Income tax accounting) experience SSAP 101 (Insurance tax accounting) experience Proven ability to use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise Proven excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills Benefits Salary ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
