We're currently seeking a dynamic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for our Southern Region, Forestville , Office. In this role, you'll lead all aspects of daily operations, driving growth and program development for our PRP/Day Program. Position Details: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Location: Forestville, MD Key Responsibilities: Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness Qualifications: CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LMSW/LGPC) Valid driver's license with reliable transportation 3 years of management experience preferred 5 years of mental health experience Ability to pass background check and drug screening Join us at Vesta, Inc. and be part of a team dedicated to providing quality mental health care and support. Apply now to make a meaningful impact in our community! Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range : $58,629 - $65,664 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience. Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance). PTO : New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date). Holidays : 8 paid holidays per year Retirement : 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
