With 25 years of experience and a presence in over 15 countries, the company specializes in turbine inlet air chilling, central utility plants, district cooling, combined heat & power systems, thermal energy storage, and more. The Materials Data Analyst will provide hands-on support to the Materials, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams by maintaining data integrity, supporting engineering documentation, and ensuring system alignment. This full-time, primarily office-based role includes regular visits to the fabrication shop and up to 15% travel. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to innovative energy solutions.What You'll DoSupport item master data cleanup and standardization across systemsAssist with ERP (JDE) data analysis, validation, and maintenanceSet up and manage SolidWorks item numbers for engineering documentationCollect, organize, and attach engineering documentation to relevant recordsCapture and catalog standardized product photographs for documentationPerform administrative and project support tasks for Materials, Supply Chain, and Engineering teamsConduct regular visits to the fabrication shop for observation and research purposesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment and data integrityUtilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and inventory optimizationPrioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailAdhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data securityParticipate in occasional travel to customer job sites and conferences as required (up to 15%)What You BringCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Engineering, Supply Chain, or related programExposure to SolidWorks, ERP systems (preferably JDE), and manufacturing environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formattingStrong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand and optimize inventory levelsProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving supply chain challengesAbility to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to perform physical tasks, including frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 poundsWillingness to travel up to 15% and visit fabrication shops as neededAbility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional local day travelCommitment to supporting a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environmentWhat's In It For YouOpportunity to work with a global leader in energy solutions and innovative engineering projectsCollaborative and supportive team environmentProfessional development and learning opportunitiesExposure to advanced technologies and industry best practicesCompetitive compensationPotential for career growth within a dynamic and expanding organization
