Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across a variety of Medsurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units within a large academic medical center
• Deliver nursing care in specialty areas including Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Surgery, and Oncology
• Maintain patient safety and quality care standards at Stepdown ratios of 1:3 and Medsurg/Tele ratios of 1:6
• Utilize the Epic electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination
• Adapt to unit assignments across multiple departments within the resource pool as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Well-rounded clinical background in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma center
• Previous travel nursing experience
