Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
- Maintain work-life balance.
- Grow professionally and work closely with adult and child/adolescent populations.
- Provide services to patients aged 5 years old and up.
Requirements
- Active NJ license as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
- Competent in diagnostics and familiar with DSM‑V criteria.
Compensation and Benefits
Generous above‑market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings, ranging from $65,000 to $90,000+ annually. Compensation based on productivity. The NJBH practice provides supervision; the LAC does not need to pay for it themselves.
