We are looking for a driven, professional Home Comfort Advisor who can build trust with homeowners, identify their needs, educate them on available solutions, and help them confidently make the best decision for their home and family.

This is not a high pressure sales position. We are looking for a professional advisor who knows how to listen, communicate value, present options, and earn the customer's business.

What You'll Do

As a HVAC Sales Rep, you will meet with homeowners who are considering HVAC replacement, system upgrades, indoor air quality improvements, and other home-comfort solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Run company provided residential sales opportunities.
• Build trust and establish credibility with homeowners.
• Perform a thorough evaluation of the customer's existing comfort system and home.
• Ask effective discovery questions to understand comfort concerns, priorities, budget, and long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, air quality, safety, and system reliability.
• Develop and present multiple solution options rather than a one-size-fits-all proposal.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of each recommendation.
• Educate customers on available financing and payment options.
• Professionally handle questions and objections.
• Ask for the customer's business and guide them through the approval process.
• Accurately document proposals, customer information, and sales activity in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
• Follow up on outstanding opportunities and unsold estimates.
• Generate self leads
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and protect the Air Solutions reputation on every call.

Previous HVAC or home services sales experience is preferred, but we will consider strong sales professionals from other industries who have a proven ability to build trust and close high value opportunities.
