The application window is expected to close on: 09/24/2026Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.Meet the Team This position is in the Product Finance team and will be working with Senior Product Leaders, other FP&A, Deal Desk, Operations, R&D, Pricing business partners and Accounting teams amongst others.Your Impact You should be a driver of results, proactive in approach and deadline conscious. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to details, accuracy and building credibility will be needed in this role. Prior experience with P&Ls and supporting large engineering teams is a must.Build and maintain Financials models as needed to support Product P&Ls (May include Bookings, Revenue, CSP spend, margin analysis, new product initiatives, partnership/deal assessments, Opex, Headcount) for business entities and management metrics.Inform what the data is relaying while understanding the gaps and addressing those with long and short term recommendations.Diving in the business to fully understand growth drivers and accelerators.Work on New Product Initiatives P&L, launches, post launch assessment as needed.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for forecast submissions, variance analysis and reporting dashboards.Analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance indicators/metrics, assess business risk and operating performance, and timely communicate risks and opportunities.Understanding of spend types and presenting those are a pivotal part of this role.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting/Finance6+ years of experience in FP&A incl few years with managing P&Ls, R&D budgets, revenue/cost modeling skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong Financial modeling experienceAble to dive in details as well as go high level to support senior execsStrong systems skills (Hyperion, Anaplan etc) Preferred QualificationsPricing strategy experienceMasters Degree in BusinessWhy Cisco?
