Part-Time Medical Receptionist

We’re looking for a Part-Time   Medical Receptionist (15-20 hours per week)who thrives in a professional, fast-paced clinical environment and shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered service. This is a front-line role supporting our patients, clinical team, and administrative operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and ensure a warm, professional first impression
• Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient communications
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency
• Support clinical staff with scheduling and workflow needs
• Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous medical office or reception experience (integrative/functional medicine a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems
• Professional demeanor with warmth and compassion

Shift Expectations:

This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week) position with staggered shifts. Applicant must be available for evenings and up to 3 Saturday's per month.
