Job Description:

Up to a $15,000 sign on bonus if qualified

Up to a $10,000 relocation bonus if qualified

Schedule: Nights

• Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
• Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases scheduled and add-on cases.
• Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling. Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner.
• Utilizes time effectively and accomplish duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned.
• Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone. Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ experience as RN in critical care or relevant specialty area [Preferred]
• 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse Florida License (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) [Required]
• APEX Innovations NIHSS [Required]

Pay Range:

$34.32 - $63.84
