Registered Nurse Cath LAB

Role: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse) responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, technical environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect nursing care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety through medication and IV administration, and maintain accurate communication. Foster a therapeutic environment, promote patient safety, and support professional growth. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), valid Texas nursing license, Basic Life Support certification, with a minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. Skills & Key Duties: Strong communication, teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to improving patient experience. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
