We are growing and we're looking for a motivated in office recruiter to join our team in New Martinsville, WV.
If you enjoy helping people find meaningful work, building relationships with local businesses, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Match qualified candidates with client job openings
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding activities
- Manage employee communications and provide exceptional customer service
