About the Role As a front desk & sales coordinator, you'll help create a positive patient experience while supporting the clinic's sales goals and daily operations. You'll greet patients, explain membership and package options, process transactions, and keep the front desk organized. This role includes sales.

What You'll Do Welcome patients and manage check-in and patient flow.

Introduce new patients to the clinic and explain what to expect.

Present and sell memberships and visit packages.

Stay informed about pricing, promotions, and clinic procedures.

Answer phone calls and follow up with new and inactive patients.

Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.

Ensure required forms are completed and confirmation emails are sent.

Address patient questions professionally and communicate concerns to management.

Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and clinic.

Complete daily checklists and support marketing activities as assigned.

Work with the chiropractor and other team members to keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer skills and confidence learning new software.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while staying attentive to patients.

Willingness to receive coaching and put feedback into practice.

Sales, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
