Both manual and automation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus.Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams.Expertise with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar.SUMMARY:As an QA Contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality by executing and improving test processes, collaborating with engineering and QA leads, and supporting the delivery of high-quality features. This role is designed for individuals who can operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes.RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; work closely with engineering to drive resolution.Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans.Support QA leads in driving test strategy and test plan creation.Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress.Conduct Product Audits with QA leads' guidance to analyze/improve QA test coverage.Conduct Bug Audits with QA leads' guidance to analyze/identify product areas that need improvement.Provide Release readiness support for Medium/small-sized features.Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features.Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.Work onsite as needed to collaborate directly with engineering and QA teams, ensuring product rigor.Support stealth projects that require a higher level of diligence in execution.Run and lead innovative testing techniques like benchmarking testing, battery testing.KEY PROJECTS:AI QA Testing SupportRelease readiness support for small/medium featuresQuality improvements via audits + metrics (product audits, bug audits, dashboards)DISQUALIFIERS:Manual only QA with no automation experienceNo ability to work with Python/JavaScript/SQLNot willing to be on-site in Menlo Park 3 days/weekINTERVIEW PROCESS:2 rounds, technical/behavioral**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
