Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking a Payroll Clerk for a 6 month contract opportunity located in Charlotte, NC. This role is fully onsite. Handle general inquiries in Workday. Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees. Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime. Initiate periodic payments either by preparing and administering checks or making direct deposits through a bank payment system. Issues statements and invoices and maintain records. Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll. Requirements 3-5 years experience. Workday experience required. Lead experience preferred or someone in supervisory role. Pay Rate - $25.05–$25.94/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
