We currently have an exciting opening for a Forklift Driver. Role Summary The Forklift Driver in a fulfillment center operates motorized equipment up to and including a stock picker, reach truck, pallet jack, dockstocker, and turret truck. Responsibilities Ability to go to a location and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker, turret truck, reach truck and/or pallet runner. Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Assist in the daily sanitation of the assigned area to ensure an efficient, safe, hazard‑free production environment. Report any incident or situation that might cause an accident or injury to self or others. Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity. Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security. Adapt to changes in process and procedures. Flexibly work in various areas of the Fulfillment Center as volume demands. Prioritize tasks to meet departmental objectives. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Driver must be on equipment 50% or more during scheduled shifts to receive driver’s pay. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications One to two years of related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations. High school diploma or GED. Ability to be certified and licensed to operate highlift as well as other types of powered industrial equipment safely and effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety. Good oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal interaction and social skills. Good problem‑solving skills.
