Resolve service issues related to shipments, delivery updates, payment inquiries, and general support. Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and driver support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions. Qualifications 5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in logistics, transportation, or tech-driven services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Empathy-driven, solution-focused, and calm under pressure. Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
