Vishay **Marshall**is currently seeking applicants for a **Operator.**Job Location:Located in Marshall, MN north of SMSU and located in the industrial park.**What you will be doing:*** Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.* Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.* Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.* Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.* Executes task(s), as ordered or explained.* Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.* Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.**What you will bring along:*** No Education or experience required, but highly beneficial* Great hand dexterity* Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)* Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily* Ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers and supervisorsPay: $17/hrHours: Monday - Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am**What can we offer you for your talent:**Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
