Data Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI initiatives. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to build scalable, self-service data products and drive adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to launch and continuous improvement. Define product vision and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals. Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable data platform capabilities. Drive product adoption through go-to-market planning, user enablement, and stakeholder engagement. Track product performance using KPIs, OKRs, and customer feedback to optimize value. Mentor junior product managers and promote a product-driven culture. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of product management or related experience. Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle. Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and product metrics. Preferred Skills Master's degree preferred. Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Knowledge of AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and Apache Flink. Understanding of data architecture, data integration, governance, metadata, and security. Experience supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI platforms.
