Full-Time Handyman / Home Service TechnicianTruBlue Home Service Ally is a nationally recognized home service franchise with over 120 locations across the U.S. We specialize in professional handyman services, home maintenance, and safety and accessibility upgrades that help seniors age in place and support busy families.We are currently seeking Full-Time Handyman / Home Service Technicians to join our Phoenix team, with openings serving both the East Valley and Central Valley including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee. This role is ideal for experienced, dependable technicians who take pride in quality craftsmanship, work independently, and value professionalism in customers' homes.Our work focuses on Aging-in-Place solutions and long-term home care — not quick fixes. If you are a detail-oriented, respectful team player motivated by meaningful work that improves safety, independence, and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPerform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general home repairs (primary emphasis on plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paint)Install grab bars, handrails, ramps, doorway modifications, and other mobility support solutionsWork inside occupied homes with professionalism, patience, and respectPrepare and protect work areas, maintain cleanliness, and organize tools and materialsCommunicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, caregivers, and team membersUse service management platforms such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar systems to manage jobs, notes, schedules, and invoicesAssist with job scoping and provide input for basic estimating when neededRepresent TruBlue as a trusted in-home service professionalWho You Are5–10+ years of hands-on handyman experience across multiple tradesStrong experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paintingExperience working with seniors, veterans, and individuals with mobility challengesTechnical background with hands-on experience using service management platformsFamiliarity with job costing, work order documentation, and service workflowsAbility to assist with estimating based on job scope and material requirementsOwns professional-grade tools required to perform the work independentlyReliable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and respectful in customers' homesAble to work effectively in a team environment or independently as neededAble to follow systems, checklists, and service standardsValid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportationWhat You'll GetPay: $29–$32 per hour, based on experiencePaid Time Off: Accrues at ½ day per monthHolidays: 8 paid company holidays and 2 floating holidaysFull-time, consistent work with regular hoursTruBlue uniforms and branded gear providedSupportive, team-first work environmentOpportunity for long-term growth with a stable, service-focused companyThe chance to do meaningful work that genuinely helps peopleAdditional RequirementsMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesMust successfully pass a background check as a condition of employmentMust have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving recordAt TruBlue, we do more than fix homes, we help improve quality of life.
