We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Core Responsibilities:Interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine material movement and distribution needs.Move, transport, and deliver materials and products from receiving or production areas to storage locations or designated work areas.Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to established sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Pick, assemble, and distribute materials to support production orders and internal requests.Assemble customer orders from inventory, palletize shipments, and prepare products for distribution.Label and mark materials with appropriate identifying information.Open and handle bales, crates, cartons, and other containers safely.Accurately record quantities of materials received, stored, or distributed.Weigh or count items to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.Enter inventory and transaction data into computer systems.Operate manual and powered material-handling equipment to transport and store inventory.Load and unload palletized and non-palletized products from trailers.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of Material Handler experience or related experienceForklift experienceCommunication and interpersonal skillsBasic math skillsAbility to use personal computers and software in a variety of functions including: keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mailAbility to lift 50 lbs.What We Can Offer You:Generous PTO package and paid holidaysGenerous retirement savings planCustomizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date)Career progression plansReward and recognition programsPaid parental leaveTuition ReimbursementCompany Wellness ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
