The shift is 3x12 days from 06:45 to 19:15. The position requires a commitment to provide high-quality patient care. The nurse will care for pre and post-Heart Catheterization patients along with general cardiology patients. Patient ratios are typically 1:6 on this unit. The environment fosters flexibility, open communication, and teamwork among staff. A standard acute care equipment setup is provided along with an electronic medical record system. Candidates should possess strong acute care skills and be adaptable to unit needs when floating. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability and a friendly demeanor with both staff and patients.
