All other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Dream and embrace adventure. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement; this may include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work. Consistent schedule, availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours typically up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends. Bonus potential and 401(k) plan to help secure financial future, service credit and product discounts.
