Alternative asset manager seeking a Vice President to source, underwrite, and execute asset-based finance and structured credit investments while developing relationships across the market. Job Description: Source, evaluate, and underwrite investment opportunities across asset-based finance, structured credit, and related markets. Lead financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and execution of prospective investments. Develop and maintain relationships with originators, investors, counterparties, and other market participants. Evaluate investment opportunities across a range of asset classes and financing structures. Present investment recommendations and transaction analysis to senior investment professionals. Support broader capital markets and sourcing initiatives while helping expand the firm’s external relationships. Requirements / Qualifications: Relevant experience across asset-based finance, structured credit, securitized products, capital markets, or related investment strategies. Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and investment evaluation capabilities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, counterparties, and market participants. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a personable, commercial, and relationship-oriented approach. High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced investment environment.
