About the team

You’ll be joining a small team in SoHo, NYC. The company is in-person with a strong office culture. You’ll partner closely with Product Design, Growth, founders, and a network of motion / design contractors. We have high standards for ourselves and the people we work with. About the role

You’ll sit at the intersection of design and growth as a steward of the fomo brand . You don’t just make assets: you set creative direction for campaigns, evolve the visual system, and raise the bar across every touchpoint so fomo feels polished, cohesive, and joyful as we expand our reach to more mainstream retail audiences.

Day-to-day you’ll concept and ship work that converts, art-direct contractors when we scale production, and partner with Product Design so marketing and product feel like one world. You are curious, experimental, and love to innovate on a wide range of ideas.

Role and responsibilities

• Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments
• Elevate and evolve fomo’s visual identity: contribute to system decisions, set creative direction, and hold a high bar across every surface
• Lead storytelling and concept design for major moments, knowing how to evoke emotion and make finance feel human
• Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product high-quality creative shows up in everything we ship and promote
• Build and run production with motion and graphic contractors: collaborate on briefs, give actionable feedback, and uphold a high quality bar
• Raise the team’s standard for craft through the clarity and consistency of your own work

This role is in-person in NYC. We have a strong in-person culture and a spacious office in SoHo.

Ideal candidate

• ~5–6+ years in brand, graphic, or marketing design (agency, consumer app, or culture-forward brand is a plus)
• Portfolio that shows strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional craft. You can define a direction and execute it across multiple touchpoints
• Experience contributing to and extending a brand system, not only working inside one
• Comfortable art-directing contractors and presenting to senior stakeholders with clear rationale
• Motion and/or 3D are meaningful pluses
• Can translate business and product goals into distinctive creative
• Personal crypto / trading experience is a plus. The whole team trades and dogfoods the product
