Life as a District Manager: •Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area •Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team •Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost •Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team •Build a bench of future leaders •Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants •Be good to others.
