Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide non-medical home care services that support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments (if applicable)
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times

Required Qualifications

• Valid CA Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain
• TB test and Live Scan fingerprinting (per state requirements)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for helping seniors

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or related certification
• Experience working with seniors, dementia care, or hospice support
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
