What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): Uncle Julio’s is seeking talented Shift Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and leading others in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you’ll foster a positive culture, motivate team members, and mentor others while driving strong performance. What You’ll Bring (Requirements): A minimum of 1 year’s experience with leadership in the Fast‑Casual Restaurant industry, required. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred. Proficiency in POS systems. Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required. Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
