We are seeking an experienced Epic Hospital Billing (HB) / HB Claims Analyst to support a large-scale Epic initiative. This role will focus on production support, ticket resolution, and system maintenance, ensuring operational stability while assisting with upcoming migration efforts.
This is not a build or implementation role-the ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting existing Epic HB applications in a live environment. Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day production support for Epic Hospital Billing (HB) applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and support tickets
- Perform ongoing system maintenance and optimization
- Ensure application stability through "keep the lights on" support activities
- Support Epic migration efforts with operational and application expertise
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams
- Document issues, resolutions, and system updates
- 6-8+ years of experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB)
- Strong experience supporting Epic HB Claims (preferred)
- Proven experience in production support, maintenance, and ticket management
- Experience supporting Epic migrations or upgrades
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior Epic consulting/contract experience
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations during system transitions
- Epic HB and/or HB Claims Certification (preferred)
- The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a production support environment, enjoys resolving complex issues, and can ensure system stability in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This is a long-term opportunity with strong extension potential.
