Youth Programs Recruiter & Placement Specialist
Equus Workforce Solutions
Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a program outreach coordinator to recruit eligible youth for the Job Corps program, conduct outreach in communities and public events, and help meet center goals. You will interview applicants, manage files, and coordinate travel with centers to support placement. The role requires four years of youth-related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.
