What You'll Do

• Engage with internet leads by phone, email, and text to build relationships and drive appointments

• Follow up with internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic to maximize sales opportunities

• Handle inbound calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer questions

• Identify customer needs, provide product/service information, and schedule showroom or service appointments

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

• Maintain product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions

• Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business

• Work collaboratively with the sales team, upholding Cavender's values of professionalism and integrity

What You Bring

• Proven experience in internet or BDC sales within a dealership (required)

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Outlook, CRM tools)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background and drug screening
