As a Human Resources Expert, you will build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations and create a workplace where teams love to work. Responsibilities Deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience. Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with appropriate leaders to take action as needed. Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption. Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times. Perform any other duties based on business needs. Qualifications Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members. Thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active, and physically demanding role that requires teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving. Be open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times). Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members. Communicate effectively on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed. Work both independently and with a team to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes. Remain composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds, often with minimal assistance. Be capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties. Maintain mobility throughout the scheduled shift and adhere to required meal and rest breaks.
