This position is onsite.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnter and balance accounts payable transactionsMonitor credit card charges and coding for expensesAssist with various accounting team projectsSupport Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and VlookupsAssist Financial administrators with help as neededProcess accounts payable transactionsPost all invoices into the accounting systemHandle and resolve disputed invoicesRequest credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accountsPrepare vendor payments and create client invoicesWhy EquipmentShare?Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
