Job Overview
Five Points Roofing is seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both assessing leaks and executing residential roof repairs, and will have demonstrated ability in both technical skills and problem solving abilities.
What you’ll do:
Perform roof repairs for residential properties, including leak detection and shingle replacement
Develops estimates for various repair projects
Orders parts and materials for repair jobs
Inspects roofs as required in daily work routines and as requested by supervisory staff
Knowledgeable in all types of roofing: shingles, metal, rubber, TPO, EPDM, etc
Assess roof conditions and recommend solutions to homeowners
Complete additional tasks as assigned, including assisting with roof inspections and minor installations
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is completed to high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of direct experience in roofing repair or installation
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, especially asphalt shingles
Ability to diagnose and fix leaks, flashing issues, and other common roofing problems
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
