Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Fill and deliver unit dose cassettes based on patient profiles, ensuring accuracy.
  
  
• 
  Pull medications from stock, verify labels, and accurately match medications to pharmacist entries.
  
  
• 
  Restock and rotate medications in nursing and medication areas, including removal of expired items.
  
  
• 
  Prepare IV medications in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  
  
• 
  Check in and process incoming orders from wholesalers and suppliers.
  
  
• 
  Manage inventory, including pricing, stocking, and handling returns or backorders.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state Pharmacy Technician license in California or Oregon.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of two years recent hospital pharmacy experience, including IV compounding.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC pharmacy systems.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
