Lake Work, Landscaping and Lawn Technician
Join our dynamic team as a Lake Maintenance Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, providing essential services that ensure our clients' docks, boat lifts, landscaping and lawn needs are met with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain boat docks, lifts, and other lakefront structures
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of boat lifts and dock systems
- Conduct lawn care, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all work activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and needs
- Assist with seasonal preparations and clean-up tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or lake services preferred, but will train
- Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license and personal, reliable transportation
-Must be able to swim
