Assembly Technician

InstallerPaying $21.00 / HR - $24.00 / HRLocation - Troutdale, ORResponsibilities:Mechanical assembly and installation of parts using hand and power toolsMIG weld on carbon and mild steelCutting parts and using pre-fabrication equipmentAbility to read schematics, diagrams and blueprints.Must have automotive wiring experience.Meet production standards.Strong mechanical inclination.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Able to provide own tools.Positive attitude and willing to learn.Progressive assembly line capabilities.Work safely in a production environment wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.Qualifications:Previous work in an assembly environment.Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry.Previous experience working against timed job standards and a proven record of being able to meet completion standards.Attention to detail in every aspect of the job.Able to maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.Environment/ Shift:Central Oregon's premier provider of truck bodies, equipment, and accessories.Day shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday.If you are looking for a rewarding career with a stable company apply now!This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutdale, OR.The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
