$38–$55+ per hour (based on mastery & leadership)
Weekly pay

Lead complex diagnostics (engine, electrical, aftertreatment)
Oversee difficult repairs others can’t solve
Mentor & guide junior techs (without babysitting)
Quality control before units roll out
Work directly with management—your voice matters

EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS

Heavy-duty diesel trucks & equipment
Advanced electrical systems
Emissions & aftertreatment (DPF, DEF, SCR)
Engine rebuilds & driveline systems
OEM & advanced diagnostic software

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

7+ years heavy-duty diesel experience
Proven master-level diagnostic ability
Strong electrical & aftertreatment knowledge
ASE, OEM, or equivalent certifications preferred
Own professional-grade tools
Leadership mindset with zero ego
