Responsibilities As a part-time Windsor Manager in Training, you are working to become part of our future leadership team. You act as an Assistant Manager while taking the necessary courses and hands-on experience to progress to a keyed position. You support the store team in delivering our mission and, with the Store Manager, drive store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high-performing team of Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
