Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help ensure materials are available where and when they are needed, coordinate inventory transfers, communicate material shortages, and work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to keep operations running efficiently.Coordinate the flow of materials to support production schedules and minimize downtime.Maintain accurate material transfer documentation and inventory records.Run and distribute pick lists to ensure timely material movement.Communicate material shortages proactively and work with cross-functional teams to identify solutions.Investigate material shortages and production interruptions, complete root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.Monitor new component supply and material lead times to prevent outages.Assist in reducing excess and surplus inventory through ongoing analysis and reporting.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve inventory and supply chain issues.Support special projects and other warehouse-related initiatives as assigned.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Previous warehouse experience required.Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain processes, and FIFO methodology.Experience working with pick lists and system-generated reports.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual Spanish is a plus.Our Commitment to YouAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
