Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Requirements Salary Range: $35,100.00 yearly + depending on experience Bring creativity to life at Turning Stone Enterprises! We’re looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to keep exciting marketing projects moving across our portfolio of 70+ brands. You’ll collaborate with our Creative Services team and business partners to turn big ideas into impactful marketing campaigns! What does a Marketing Project Coordinator do? Effectively coordinates the implementation of marketing initiatives for assigned business units. Maintains responsibility for project workflows, schedules and milestones from concept to completion and results analysis. Develops knowledge and familiarity with assigned business units to effectively support growth initiatives. Takes responsibility for the scheduling, workflow and delivery of all marketing materials to include concept, design, photography/illustration and any digital development or production support (digital or physical) as required. Consistently attends and leads the tactical project discussion for the assigned department marketing meetings to help facilitate workflows/reviews/approvals of marketing initiatives. Specific tasks include: establishing the meeting agenda for marketing meeting, taking accurate and detailed meeting notes with action items, outcomes, due dates which are complied and distributed as a follow-up document (Conference Report, CCR or similar document). Has an innovative mindset to make quick adjustments to project deadlines or particular assignments. Attends Creative and Marketing Services staff meetings and communicates effectively with the Marketing Project Supervisor, Creative Operations Manager as well as the Director of Creative and Marketing Services to ensure new initiatives are consistent with overall marketing strategies. Works collaboratively and proactively with internal clients on assigned businesses as well as Creative and Marketing Services staff in developing tactical business initiatives. Effectively serves as a representative and ambassador for the Creative and Marketing Services group to all enterprise clients and vendors. Proactively works with assigned business units and staff with minimal supervision, while occasionally providing coverage when a Marketing Coordinator or Supervisior are unavailable. Proactively works with business managers/internal clients to determine business needs and potential opportunities. Stays current on all corporate policies and procedures to ensure team compliance when executing on assignments. Continually seeks process improvements to increase efficiency and efficacy of the team. Work Experience To be successful as a Marketing Project Coordinator, you'll need: A Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field combined with a minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a business development, marketing or sales administration field. Combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience working in gaming, hospitality, tourism or guest service preferred. Experience in marketing and advertising production workflows and development cycles. Proficiency in MS Office, fluent in Mac and PC environments. Experience working with contemporary Project Management software and in technologies that support creative and marketing teams (workflow/project management, digital asset management/DAM) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Workfront Excellent oral and written communication skills essential. A valid New York State Driver’s License required. Ability to produce accurate documents and perform basic analysis.
