$800–$1,400 hits your account every Friday. Full schedule handed to you daily. We cover your payroll taxes, insurance, and workers comp.

At Handyman Connection of Austin, we handle all of that. You show up, do great work, and earn up to 28% - 30% of every dollar in labor billed. The more efficient you are, the more you earn.

What You Could Earn

30% of every labor dollar billed — no unpaid estimating, no lead chasing:

• 25 hrs billed → ~$1,050 per week
• 30 hrs billed → ~$1,260 per week
• 35 hrs billed → ~$1,470 per week

Earnings vary based on job mix and weekly utilization. Large project weeks carry higher hour volume that offsets rate differences. Your weekly take-home stays consistent.

Plus bonuses on top:

• Upsell bonus: +4% on any additional work you sell, estimate and complete work on
• Review bonus: $20 per verified 5-star Google or Yelp review
• Quality bonus: $50/month for zero callbacks or rework

With bonuses and upsells, our top craftsmen can take home $1,300–$1,500/week. Average performers earn $800–$1,200/week.

What We're Looking For

This role is for experienced, confident craftsmen who take pride in their work. 

Strong experience in several of the following:

• Carpentry and finish carpentry
• Drywall repair and installation
• Interior painting
• Doors, windows, and trim
• Minor plumbing and fixtures
• Tile work
• Framing and structural repairs
• Home remodeling and renovation

You're a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of residential repair and remodeling experience
• Take pride in clean, quality work
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Want income that reflects your skill
• Are confident in your skills and want to earn accordingly

Requirements

• Reliable work vehicle (truck or van)
• Professional-grade tools
• Smartphone with reliable internet (used daily for job details)
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• 5+ years residential repair and remodeling experience
• Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication

Schedule & Pay Details

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM typical hours
• W-2 employee
• Paid every Friday via direct deposit
• We handle your weekly schedule
